Creating Recurring Payments in Bill Pay

Want to make regular payments without the hassle? Recurring payments allow you to automate bills so you never miss a due date.


How to Set Up a Recurring Payment (Desktop)

Step 1: Access Bill Pay

  • From your dashboard, open the “I want to” dropdown

  • Select Pay Bills


Step 2: Enable Recurring Payments

  • Find your payee and begin entering payment details

  • Toggle the Recurring Payment option from Off to On

  • This will open the recurring payment setup screen


Step 3: Enter Payment Details

Fill in the following:

  • Payment Amount

  • Payment Frequency (e.g., weekly, monthly)

  • Pay From Account


Step 4: Choose Delivery Options

Your delivery options will depend on the frequency selected.

For example:

  • If you choose monthly, you’ll select which day of the month the payment should be sent

You’ll also need to choose what happens if the payment falls on a non-business day:

  • Select your preference from the Non-Business Day Option dropdown


Step 5: Set End Conditions

  • Choose when the recurring payments should stop
    (for example, after a certain number of payments or on a specific date)


Step 6: Save Your Recurring Payment

  • Click Save to confirm

Your recurring payment is now set up and will process automatically based on your selected schedule.
